Employment records na sallama

Babban daftarin aiki nuna da lokaci na sana'a ayyuka na mutum, shi ne wani aiki littafin. Wannan ne hukuma daftarin aiki, wanda sake samu da ma'aikaci ne zamar masa dole ya yi biyayya ga m. Bisa ga bayanin da a cikin Kundin lissafi na tsawon sabis yi.

Sittin da shida articles na Labor Code dora a kan m ta da alhakin rike records ga kowane ma'aikaci, idan lokacin da ya sana'a aiki a cikin kungiyar ya wuce kwanaki biyar. Irin wannan records suna kiyaye a cikin mutum aiki littattafai. Sun yi da wadannan shigarwar:

- na haya part-time (idan kana so ma'aikaci).

- da m na canja wuri.

- domin lokaci na sabis.

- wani binciken da lokaci a makarantu ko darussa na kyautata cancantar da ma'aikata da kuma horo;

- a kan sallama daga cikin ma'aikaci .

- da doka hukunta wadanda na Criminal Code.

Employment records na sallama, da aikin yi, da dai sauransu Yana dole ne a za'ayi ba tare da abbreviations, a hankali. Yana yana amfani da wani alkalami da haske da kuma mai hana ruwa tawada. Idan wata yarjejeniya tare da m kare a kan filaye saita fito a labarin da saba'in da bakwai da Labor Code, da shigarwa a cikin Kundin na sallama sanya daidai da mahada da nuna wani takamaiman abu daga cikin wannan labarin.

Duk shigarwar da cewa an sanya a cikin aikin littafin na tsawon aiki a cikin kungiyar, dole ne a bokan ta sa hannu na aiki ko da mutum da alhakin rike wannan daftarin aiki, da kuma hatimce ta da kungiyar.
